My wife has always wanted a nicely made Mickey Mouse watch that had a quality feel and look to it. Since this is an official supplier for Disney I knew that they wouldn't risk their international reputation for quality by putting out a cheap watch. So when it popped up as an Amazon Lightning Deal, I checked out the pictures and reviews and decided that this might be the one.It came securely packed in a presentation box inside of an outer cardboard sleeve with a warranty manual included. Upon opening the box I was immediately impressed with what a beautiful watch this was for such a small amount of money. It is very colorful with outstanding graphics, a shiny chrome background, and easy to read numerals. Although it has a large (44mm) dial, it is lightweight and comfortable to wear.Yes, it is made in China. But Disney obviously is concerned with its image and reputation and has selected a supplier who no doubt built the watch totally to Disney's specifications. Contrary to common belief, there are some skillful and conscientious vendors in China. Any supplier with a Disney contract is unlikely to disappoint them with an inferior product.The watch comes with a one year limited warranty and the battery life is expected to be around 18 months. Any reliable watch battery supplier should be able to replace the battery for a few dollars when needed. And what did my wife say when she opened the box? "Oh Mickey! You're So Fine You Blow My Mind."

It is just the right size for my wrist. I love the color of the dial and it feels like a very good quality watch for the price. It has a nice touch of understated elegance. A great look for an old classic.

Very nice watch worth the money

In one of our many family vacations to Walt Disney World I had decided to get a Mickey Mouse watch because I had one decades earlier (my first watch ever) and really liked it. It had to have hands that were real hands and it couldn't just have Mickey somewhere on it. It had to be a real Mickey Mouse watch. For the entire ten day vacation I looked in the Disney watchcases at the parks and hotels. I saw some very nice watches but not one that fit what I was looking for. I already own a bunch of watches so it had to be specific. After the ten days I found nothing.Then I came to Amazon and bought this watch. Well, not this exact one but one with gold behind Mickey. The watch has been perfect for about 5 years now. It looks fantastic and very expressive. Keeps great time and since I pull the stem when not using it the battery lasts a loooong time. The size is modern so it's not like the little watches back it the 50s.If you are portly you will probably need a longer band so order one when you order the watch.I picked up this silver version (which I prefer) for my son. If he doesn't wear it I'll gladly take it off his hands. If you want a Mickey watch then this is the one for you.Highly recommended

Love the Mickey Mouse watch. Just a great looking watch.

The first watch I received was defective with Mickey’s arm swinging loose. It was returned and I received a replacement quickly. The second arrived already running so no telling how long the battery will last. The metal casing of the watch feels a little sharp, giving it that “not an expensive watch” feel. It is just basic and tells time. I like the new style Mickey. The strap is a bit small as it fits my wrist on the last hole.

Once I converted the measurements of cm to inches, it appeared to be exactly what I was looking for. Not disappointed with case size, color and details. A must purchase for Disney fans (vintage and new)
