It should ideally come with a heat resistant pouch but my order was not delivered at all and was cancelled, hence cannot comment. But the one I purchased directly when I was in the UK came with a pouch

No it dont you need a voltage converter to use it.!

Any warranty on this? Also is there a service center in case of repairs
