Great Product
Works great for cleaning dirty brass. Does a better job than corn cob media for getting shiny brass.

Works great for blasting intake ports and valves
Be sure to keep this stuff in a dry environment (<50% RH) so it does not swell. I'm using a cheap Chinese blast pot around $120 from eBay but these can be had cheaper from Harbor Freight. I adapted the nozzle with a short brass nipple and a 1/4" compression fitting to take 1/4" copper tubing. My compressor is a Makita pancake style compressor with 8.3cuft/min at 120psi. You only need 5-8 second blasts and a vacuum nozzle adapter is recommended. There's someone on eBay selling 3D printed port adapters to attach to your vacuum cleaner. These worked for my vehicle (Mazda Cx-7) but not without some filing down as they don't fit very well. I have added a before and after photo of my cylinder #1 /Valve #1. The third image is after Brakleen washing the port. Be careful to tighten all hose connections and wear appropriated PPE (gloves, face shield) as this stuff at 90 psi will shred your skin. I used a piece of 3/8" taped to my vacuum cleaner nozzle to vac out the remaining walnut shell debris and then Brakleen to spray the ports to finish the job. I used a 50ml syringe with a straw from an old spray bottle to suck out the repeated applications for Brakleen solvent. The valves almost look like new again

Fine enough so it doesn’t stick in primer holes
I’ve used a ton of this stuff over the years. I wish they sold it in 100# bags. Cleans dirty range brass much better than corn cob and extends the life of dies. Excellent product and best price out there. Put used drier sheets in with it to collect dust and dirt. Don’t use new ones, they have too much chemicals in them. I don’t use a polishing compound of any kind. Just tumbling them a little longer puts a shine on them. I’ve tried everything out there, from kitty litter to glass beads, and this is my go to product.
