Aveda Wooden Large Paddle Brush, 1 Count

I love using this brush for a blow drying and detangling. It doesn't feed back a lot of static while blow drying and it has a nice grip to it and it fits very comfortable in my hand. I like using this brush for all hair types especially for black hair because of the thickness it can be tamed by using this brush. The value for the cost of the brush makes sense it is worth it based on the quality.

Love this brush ! Great on wet or dry hair and a great paddle to dry hair straight with the hair dryer. I purchased this brush over ten yrs ago it was looking a little worn but the bristles were still in great condition. This recently replacement is exactly the same quality

I had to replace my original one because unfortunately I left mine in a hotel room while trying to pack every one else up. My daughters forgot their brush so we were using this wonderful one I had for 10 years. I was so upset mainly because my husband bought it for me our first Christmas together. He loves my hair & wanted the best brush for it. In 10 years this thing never failed me. My hair is very thick and naturally wavy. It tangles easily. This brush never rips or tears my hair & has maintained its quality. So naturally it was my go to to replace it immediately when my other one was left behind.

I love this brush it’s so nice to use after you get a blowout and is extremely sturdy. My hairstylist recommended getting a wooden Avonne paddle brush, and it was the best decision I ever made. I liked it so much that when the first one I bought was stolen, I had to get the exact same kind.

Absolutely. Do it. Buy it. Spend the money. You will NOT regret it. Promise. Since buying this brush for myself, I have also bought one for my little niece who hates getting her hair brushed and for my mom who has thinning hair but still keeps it long. Everyone has since bought it for people THEY know because they keep getting compliments on it. Super easy to clean, durable for traveling, and doesnt pull on the tangles for my long-haired gals:)

I have been super frustrated finding the right brush for my daughter's long, thick, straight hair. This is perfect! The Wet brand bristles were just not firm enough. Conair/revlon fell apart. This runs through her hair like a hot knife through butter without damaging it, and is super sturdy. Being wood, not gonna be the best thing for wet hair, but for a morning brush out it is ideal. Oh, and no, there is not a bristle missing. That is a little air hole that the pads of all good brushes like this have. Disregard recent poor review, and the newest one from Cindy. Cindy is not smart.UPDATE: Just picked up a second one for her swim bag at an actual Aveda store. Guess what? Identical (equally great).

This brush is awful I don’t use it, it hurts and rips my hair out, nor smooth through the hair. I bought a wet brush but those crack so easily and are garbage. Everything seems to be made to break to replace.
