Replacement Tube by Reliance Medical fits Littmann® Cardiology III® 3 Stethoscope (Black)

It securely fits the chestpiece of my Littman Cardiology II stethoscope. Considerably more affordable than directly purchasing it from the company. It seems well made, sturdy and works perfectly well!

I purchased this to replace my cracked tubing on my cardiology 3 stethoscope. Nearly identical to the Littmann. The only difference was the ear tubes on this one are a polished chrome instead of a matte chrome finish. Littmann wants $105 to replace the tubing and diaphragms. I was able to replace mine with this tubing and a Littmann diaphragm kit from Amazon for $45 total. Definitely the way to go.

Good stethoscope tubing, however if you needed to switch out the bell of a littman stethoscope to this tubing good luck. I had to buy a new bell that wasnt a littman. But other than that- its great !

For the fraction of the cost from the original, this is an excellent replacement. I can’t tell the difference at all, I can hear just as well with my new tubing. Yes, the rubber was a little sticky in the beginning, but that’s only a short while.

Very impressed with the quality. After speaking with the Littmann company, I discovered that I had actually purchased my Cardiology III in 2002(!). The connecting wire between the two ear tubes had recently broken. Littmann offered to repair it for me for $105. I thought I'd give this one a try, given the price, and I didn't want to send my stethoscope back and be without it for an unknown amount of time (I hate borrowing other's). It feels solid, and the sound transmitted is far superior to it's previous incarnation. It's a little shorter than the original, but that's ok. We'll see how it holds up. Highly recommend thus far.
