Can this monitor display 4 video feeds at once?

I'm pretty sure ANY display will show any number of video feeds at a time, you just need the correct kind of video splitting device. ie. If you have a security system with 4 cameras, connected to a 4-way hub and then to this (or any) display, you'd get a view of what each of the cameras are pointed at in each quarter of the screen. In other words, any monitor will display any number of feeds at once, but you must first have the equipment to push the feeds.

Can you use this as a tv at home?

Absolutely. It lacks a TV tuner so you cannot use it to get over-the-air televsion but it can be used with any cable box that has an HDMI or DisplayPort output.

Is better to play xbox one on this tv or the regular 4K home TVs

This screen plays Xbox One just fine. It is vey big, so you may experience input lag, which may be a problem if you play a lot of FPS games.
