No problems, looks nearly new
I bought the black/pink version and its works just fine. It came in a small brown box with a usb charging cable and wall plug, and looked just about as new as it could. the swapping of X and O functions takes some getting used to, and its strange that some NA games bring this swap into the game but not others, but thats what I get for purchasing the international version to save a few bucks. also I like pink

Charged the product all day and it still isn’t working. It shuts off when not plugged in. Do not buy.

Vita works and looks clean the charging cable it came with isn’t functioning properly had to buy one in store had me thinking my vita wasnt working because the battery wasnt charging next time please test your chargers
