Cheap, quiet, effective
Noctua make the best fans however they are very expensive, these come very close while being less than half the price. The only issues are the stiff, brittle plastic is prone to breaking and the noise frequency can be annoying for some even though these fans are very quiet.

Excellent silent running computer exhaust fan.

Does The Job, Does It Excellently
Probably one of the best fans on the market, certainly the best fan you can buy for the money. High flow, low DB. Not much more to stay, does the job and does it excellently.

Good quality and reasonably priced
Works as expected. Doesn't show as much humming noise as the P12, but there's some.As most people won't use them at the rpm range where the humming noise happens, it should be a very strong option.Performance is very good.

VFM - but worthless warranty & support - EDITED
I've got 5 of these fans. One spins 25% slower than the rest, at the same PWM input. I emailed Arctic support 3 weeks ago and am yet to receive a response...Ignore the marketing - the 10 year warranty is worthless. The working fans are alright - don't assume that they're quite at full speed, because they aren't, but they do move a decent amount of air. They're also pretty cheap - but a 20% failure rate isn't very good.EDITED - finally got a reply from Arctic, who just asked for invoice & my address - within 4 days, I have a replacement fan... A little slow, but all sorted, and I didn't need to return the slow one!
