It's failure model stay away, don't buy, First pump in my house failed in 8 months and they are asking 30k for spare replacement, This is a use and throw model, Second pump which failed in 2 months, after a huge fight they agreed to service FOC. No use in complaining Grundfos Customer care its a waste of time.

Very good performance of the pump...on time and safe delivery by Amazon, easy installation etc.

I bought this pump in the local market and after 18 months of operation it has failed several time and I spend plenty of money during every service. Then the company offered a buy back and supplied a new pump and it has failed after 11 months and unserviceable as per the company. I have good working knowledge on pumps and motors and installed in perfect condition and my whole home use the servo stabiliser and also installed local surge protector to prevent electronic failures in the VFD and also a float switch to prevent a dry run. My opinion, Grundfos being a world leader in Booster Pumps, I feel Grundfos in India is not interested in finding the root cause and solve the problem.

The product is excellent but incase if you are unluckyand the pump fails for any reason though within guarantee period of 24months, the company will reject the claim saying the guarantee period is 30 months from the date of manufacture and not 24 months from the date of sale.So beware before spending.

The Pump was installed about four years ago. When it developed a snag, it transpired that it cannot be repaired and a new Pump at full price has to be purchased. The dealer says even he was not aware about problem.
