OEM product Cat 5 plug in nonfunctioning
Came in sealed OEM packaging, when it was unpacked and the laptop was hooked up to it, the network connection does not seem to function & now I am hearing from the person whom it was hooked up for that the unit does not seem to be charging their laptop. I have not had any time to investigate this further.This should have been plug and play not plug and muck about with.Roger R. A. White

showed up fast and was easy to hook up with laptop. it has all the plugins i need and more. the dock chargers the laptop and puts in on a little tilt so typing is easier.
