Cute!
I like how it looks, it fits as expected, and gives some "extra" to my dresses.

It's a cheap buy but great quality.
I placed the order for this petticoat as well as the dress I wanted to wear it with on Thursday July 18th at about midnight. It arrived today Saturday July 20th before I was even awake! I tried it on and eh the petticoat has a sporadic direction with the frills would go it's really all over the place but that's probably just due to how it was shipped/packaged maybe after a quick wash and a hang dry itll chill out as of right now I'm just worried about my dress looking lumpy over this. There is a protective slip between the frills and your legs also which is great since the frills immediately made me itchy when i held the petticoat over my shoulder (I have sensitive skin) I used the measurement of my bust to determine the size I would purchase (about 40 inches.) And it fit basically perfectly without any issues lots of tummy room without worrying about it falling off, no gasping for air. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase, my only regret is being cautious and buying one instead of going all in and getting the major deal with the 2pk!

Well made and flattering petticoat
I love this petticoat. I have used it a few times for vintage events (I am go swing dancing a few times per year). I usually wear it under black dresses, and it adds a lot of volume to your skirt/dress. It also maintains its poof after sitting down on it and is not uncomfortable to sit on. The skirt fits well and is comfortable to wear all night. The fabric at the waist and underskirt are both soft and keep the outer skirt from being itchy. It is high waisted and is flattering to your waistline. It is very well-made, and I haven't had any problems with it falling apart after several washes. The color is also very good and looks cute peeking out from under a skirt.I would highly recommend this skirt, as it is comfortable, fits well, and is well made.

Good for adding shape to flared dress or skirt
It is not too full, and it is comfortable to wear. As other reviews have mentioned, it does have an unpleasant smell. I washed it in cold water on delicates cycle and then put it in the dryer for about 15 minutes on low heat. Washing removed the smell and time in the dryer removed packaging creases and fluffed it out.

Fair is fair. You get what you pay for. Please don’t leave bad review until wearing various ways.
***Original Review (before I learned it’s good for a lot of things)***“Not too thrilled with the lack of fluffiness. These hardly poof out at all and they’re made of hard scratchy lace. Almost impossible to get on as well, unrealistically tight. These would fit my 6 year old perfectly if they weren’t so long.”**EDIT** (July 1st, 2023)I was going through old reviews and realized I went a bit hard on my expectations for an inexpensive product. I have used these now a few times over the years and realized I was a jerk for leaving a 1-star review on a product like this. I was expecting princess perfection on these but I only paid a for a pauper’s quality. That was on me, not the seller. With all that being said, they can be used for a variety of reasons; like costume parties or just for a fun dress-up event (like Pride parades or old western photos). It is true that they are super tight, but I realized that’s actually a benefit! Since one isn’t really fluffy enough to use as an underskirt, you can do what I did, which was put them on together in a double layer. Then pull the waste part of the skirt really far up your stomach and you have yourself a nice little fluffy goth-like dress (almost) with a built in skin tightener. You do need to add more to make it complete though, because the stretchy flat part of the skirts aren’t long enough to cover your breasts. I am lucky enough to be so short that I was able to pull it up to just under my bra line, which was perfect for I needed it in that circumstance, which was a Wild-Western-Themed party. I slapped on a black push-up bra and topped it all off with a black and red corset and “ta da!” old time saloon girl! It looked pretty good, too, if I may say so myself!I only left the initial bad review because I ordered it originally for my wedding dress (50’s-ish style halter, tight up top then had short fluff lower half) and it was just not as fluffy as pictured, and much longer. But I was able to make it work when I realized I could just pull it farther up (not gonna lie, it wasn’t exactly comfortable essentially being squeezed into a sausage-like tube of tight material, bad, D*MN it looked good), also needed to wash and manipulate skirting while still wet so it dries a bit better. I have been able to use it a few times now and it’s definitely worth the review edit. People, just keep in mind these two things:1. Beauty hurts/or is uncomfortable sometimes., &2.Don’t be a jerk like me and give a bad rating on something you got a cheap price (especially if it’s something you’ve got no experience with and were using it wrong to begin with, lol.Long story short, I apologize to the seller for any losses my negative review may have caused you, and I definitely 10/10 recommend.

Just enough flare.
Fits well and full enough under my dress. Good quality without hanging threads.

not as long as you think
so it is nice for something simple, not that much volume, and only half of it is the petticoat

Nice petticoat-
This is a great petticoat if you are looking to give your skirts a little lift. The waistband is elastic and provides a nice silky barrier between the tulle layer and your skin. There are two layers of tulle which provides lift to even heavier material dresses/skirts but is not a supper fluffy petticoat/tutu.The petticoat is a bit larger than I expected in terms of fit. I’m more hourglass shaped so I have to wear the waistline high near on my ribcage:just below bra for it to fit. I could have gone with the small but this wasn’t such a big deal as I’m a short and by wearing the slip higher up the bottom of the petticoat fell right below my knees which is perfect for what I needed.Item is flat pack/shipped so you will need to fluff the tulle layers after receiving. I hang mine up and fluff it lightly if needed before wearing and have had great results. If you plan on folding the petticoat to store it you will likely need fluff it more regularly.
