Absolutely changed my life and realigned my body
First, let me say I have MS and these toe spreaders are way, way more important to my daily routine than I thought they would be.After wearing the “first” set for five minutes, I began to feel the muscle and tendons in my feet and ankles began to shift. When I got to 30 minutes, I began to feel the shift all the way up to my jaw and now I wear them for 12 hours a day while barefoot hiking, around the house and when I sleep. I literally regained balance, I didn’t think I would ever get back. Not only are they easy to use, they are comfortable to wear, the thickness of the separation is perfect for me and they are so comfortable & effective, I now have 3 pairs in rotation.Easy to clean with dish soap and water too!

Pain relief, gentle separation
Extremely comfortable. Very soft, if they become tacky follow package instructions use corn starch. Fixed. Very easy to put on and take off. I’ve used the toe separator socks before, but needed more stretch. These were perfect, providing that extra stretch I needed gently. They seem durable and relive the pain I have from my toes cramping in my shoes. I can even wear them in a wide toe box shoe.

I bought these AND Yoga Toes 👍 as both have their place, looking to avoid surgery!
I got these AND Yoga Toes, (these first), as of course, who wouldn’t want to save money, as I was going to just get these for myself, that’s that, but honestly, both have their place. I ended up buying the other and keeping both, and I use them in combination with one another. Let me explain.Yoga toes is a more serious stretch, it’s hardcore.. you will feel it, you will get results. they are easy to put on, and you’ll feel it rather quickly, and they do take getting used to, and you only wear them a short time each day, but then you will also reap the rewards from the bigger stretch that you can honestly, totally feel doing its job. Over time, you WILL see the results. (I have bad bunions on both feet. My big toes were going in.)This item here is great for stretch maintenance inbetween using Yoga toes, they are pliable and soft. Take care when putting them on, as they seem like they COULD snap with rougher care, but I’ve had no problem, just being careful, Is all. They are very stretchy, yet thinner material than the Yoga Toes are. (See my photos.) I love the feel though. I can walk with ease! They are more comfortable, because they give less of a stretch, so you can walk around, which is convenient, but I don’t think on their own they will yield any permanent results. Any results would take much longer to see IF they did.I think working in conjunction WITH Yoga toes (which I def. wanted the cheaper way out too, and thought I’d be returning the others), with these.. it’s not just for the name. You do get what you pay for with the Yoga Toes, and these too. I’ve kept both because I use the yoga toes every day for that hardcore stretch, and I’ve seen proof positive, and now I use these in between, and so I really swear by that combination as being an alternative to surgery, I truly do believe I won’t need it, thanks to these and those.I can wear these longer, so it’s good to have some stretch in between the ‘big guys’. You can’t wear yoga toes all day, and you should not do so. I recommend only wearing them resting on a couch, watching TV or something. Start slowly, but I never wear them for more than an hour or two per day.. but you work up to it. They DO work! These are more comfortable, but those are most effective, and together they get 10 stars, as surgery is not anything I want, nor does anybody. I have hammer toes too, and I’ve felt sooo much less foot pain after activity with my kids or just even too much walking, in my feet AND in my back.. it’s crazy!I also have a third Amazon bought brand, they come with one to easily use in your shoes. The name is Eosxrp bunion correctors. I got them on vine, so those were essentially free (just tax), but they are good at protecting your bunions on the sides during footwear use. Thin and wearable in most any shoes if these prove too large for that for you. These are well made, priced right, definitely will help, but get both these and the yoga toes if you have serious pain and/or other feet issues like myself. The combo seems to be the cure.. so far, so great here, and I’ll keep it going!4 stars for these on their own. It’s a good brand, and if you can only buy one, inexpensive brand.. go with these. If you can afford the other or best yet both? Go for that! That is my highest recommendation if your feet started out bad like mine. (Bunions, hammer toes, pain in feet and back. It’s made a difference on ALL of them! )I do recommend this product! For the price it is worth it!4 stars ⭐️*hope my review has been helpful :). The second photo shows you the stretch from the other. The pink Bodhi feet are shown on the left. They are highly comfortable for long term wear.*

Need more time for a true review. So far so good.
I haven't had enough time to adjust to wearing these to make a full review....but writing this to stop the "give us a review" nag emails. Started putting these on at bedtime for an hour to relieve foot and toe pain from the 12 hour shifts. They are soft, flexible silicone that is easy to place on each toe and lint/pet hair loves to stick to them. A quick rinse under the tap cleans them off easily. They fit comfortably enough but again, being a somewhat new position, the joints of my feet become painful after an hour right now. Since I am trying to correct decades of misalignment, it is going to take more than five days for the joints to realign into position the way they should be and determine how durable these separators are.
