This is an absolutely beautiful light. I did get an electrician to fit it (but I would’ve done that anyway), took it out of the box and they put it up easily. It comes well packaged with all the bulbs and it looks absolutely amazing.. this is a really great value item and I’d highly recommend it

Bought this thinking it looked great and the price is reasonable. The wires were all mixed up and the electrician simply refused to fit it for us as he feared it might cause a power failure for the whole house. Tried to return it and have to pay more than half the cost to return it. Would not recommend buying this product

We have had excellent service from this supplier. We wanted to increase from 10 to 12 lamps and this was done very reasonably and with drops all properly spaced at 30 degrees to each other to achieve 12 symmetrical drops. Small extra charge very promptly sorted out by supplied details for international money transfer. All arrived in perfect condition in excellent custom-made packaging.Looks good and great value for money.

The cable supplied does not have an earth wire, had to replace to make compliant. Instructions a waste of time, spent alot of time faffing about with better Instructions would have saved hrs. Not sure it's worth £147. Led bulbs to bright and have replaced. If it wasn't for the hassle of taking down would have returned.

We bought this light installation to complete the entrance hallway for our newly renovated house and it didn’t disappoint. Significantly cheaper than almost all of the alternatives we were considering, the item offered an elegant finish without breaking the bank. Our selected fixture included grey shades with a 2M length, and our builders were able to install it without any difficulty. We also found the sellers to be incredibly helpful, shipping us an additional shade without any quibble whatsoever when we found that one of the shades arrived slightly cracked, despite being very well packed. Excellent product, price and service, highly recommended.

Missing parts - one of the hangers and one one LED bulb - these are a special size, so unable to get them anywhere. Checked for broken glass when delivered, now when trying to assemble its outside of the return window. This item is of very poor quality. Our electrician has refused to fit it due to the poor quality cables.Please note that you need to completely assemble this and it's not easy. did not come with any electrical connectors for the drop lights - you will need to source them separately. Definitely not for the customer should be assembled by a qualified electrician - except our has refused - and he is a good guy,
