Q: Is this "enriched"? Or is is all natural husk and nutrients?

It is a white rice not a brown rice so I would think it must be husked. Does not say that it is enriched on bag. I just like the flavor.

Q: When does this expire?.

Most of them have a pretty long expiration date on them. But, I can’t say exactly when your bag will expire. Most of mine have about two years.
