Excellent. Buy it.
This beautiful vanity arrived five days early, and it's an incredible value for the price. Elegant, solidly constructed, and one of the easiest furniture assembly projects I've ever done. All the most intricate pieces come pre-assembled, it's just a matter of attaching them to each other, mainly with bolts and an Allen key.The legs and the mirror frame/supports all appear to be solid wood. The drawer and tabletop panels are MDF instead, but it's very good quality particle board. The spray stain coat is luminous and even, so much so that I didn't notice at first that there was no veneer. The flat surfaces and rounded edges are impeccable. There is some vinyl along the right-angled pieces, but any minor nicks or finish irregularities I found along the edges were easily touched up by a burgundy Sharpie (or you can use a cherry-colored wood marker). If you use the marker on these spots before you assemble the pieces, they will fade into shadow and be practically invisible. There were just two very minor parts of the assembly that confused me:1. There are a ton of extra washers; don't worry about them. The only ones you really need are the solid round ones, small and large. You will use the large washers and the second-largest bolts for leg attachment on both the table and the bench.2. The only parts that go on with screws are the lower three drawer fronts. The screw holes are vertically off-center, so I recommend turning the drawer fronts so that the holes will be closer to the top. The pre-marked screw holes are barely there, but you can still use a screwdriver rather than a drill. I recommend taking a hammer and nail to gently deepen those holes before putting in the screws.I am usually a bit OCD with the wood glue and extra reinforcements, but I did not use a drop of glue this time, and I have zero concerns about its durability. I may even keep the instructions in case I ever move, since I think I could take this baby apart completely without it taking any damage. Very happy with this purchase, and hope to see many more listings from this manufacturer.

After reading reviews I was hesitant about ordering because of broken parts. But that's a risk when ordering things like this. All my pieces were not broken. I read a review about how to assemble the mirror part. Which was helpful. I would recommend attaching the mirror part before nailing the top drawers together. I follow the directions and when I got to the part to put the mirror on I had to break off the clear tabs that are nailed to the top drawers so they wont slip all the way out when you open it. It was kind of difficult to get the clear tabs off. But I was able to get them off. It's no biggie that the drawers slip all the way out. But if you want the tabs I suggest to put the mirror on first before nailing the drawers on top. Assemble was pretty easy. I was confused tho because the screws and nails were all mixed. So I just used what I thought would go. The bench is sturdy I'm pregnant and weight 190. The top drawers seem a little off and you can see the gap. But I think its because I had to make my own hole to screw the front board of the drawer to attach to the back drawer which makes it open. I wish they placed the hole already. I would suggest measuring to find the middle. Which I thought of after. It's no biggie for me. The drawers are a little small. But they do hold my everyday make up items. It seems small in other reviews but it works for me. I'm 5.1 and when I sit its perfect. It also works great in the space I have it at. I submitted pics of the clear tab and the finished looked. I'm happy I got this product

Here are some tips and changes I would make to the instructions
Being somewhat spatially challenged, I ran into some issues interpreting the picture instructions. Here are my recommendations.First inspect and make sure that all parts have been included and nothing is damaged. Fortunately, in my case, all was good. Before you get to the hardware, get a big, flat piece of cardboard. As you sort out the hardware, group each numbered item together. I used scotch tape to anchor the groups in separate locations on the cardboard and put the part number next to each group. If it looks like you have 8 extra of part 15 (bolt C) and 8 extra of part 19 (large washer) that’s because you will need those for the bench. The parts list for the bench is on a separate sheet.Tip: Finger tighten all of the hex screws. If you don’t, you will quickly tire of turning the hex wrench. There isn’t a lot of clearance and you want to minimize those turns.Directions that I would alter:Step 4 shows the assembly of the boxes that go on the highest part of the piece. The picture shows 2 holes along the back, to the right side of the corner. That is the box that goes to the right on the top (as you face the furniture). The box that goes to the left has the 2 holes toward the left. I learned this painfully, so I hope to prevent that for you. Also, though cumbersome, I recommend that you complete Step 8 (attaching the brackets for the mirror) after Step 4. You will have much better access to do this then than doing it later.Step 5 – attaching the boxes to the plank. Make sure that these are square before tightening.Steps 6 and 7. I reversed these. It was important to get all of the bolts along the back inserted and I found it easier to do that first. If the boxes are square (Step 5), it probably doesn’t matter but if they are slightly off, this will help.Step 10. Use a drill to enlarge the starter holes for the wood screws. The holes provided indicate location but are not deep enough to get a good purchase into the wood.I hope this helps somebody else avoid issues I experienced. For the price, this is a great item for a child. My wife bought some material and covered the seat with a spicier pattern, more to the taste of the little girl who will get this.
