Q: I need something like this for a Rocky show. Would these stay up with all of the dancing? 5'2.5" 150 lbs.

Absolutely!! I wore these to a festival they stayed all night!!! Best deal ever! & im 5'0 110lbs with chicken legs hahha they did great !

Q: Can these be worn with a garter belt?

I tried mine on with it but the non slip part of the stockings make it hard to put on the garter belt. I was afraid of them getting damaged so I didn't use one. But I guess if you try hard enough yeah.
