Q: Want adapter for Canon camera w/ 1/4" female to Manfrotto monopod with 3/8" male. Is this the adapter do I need?

Q: The screw that’s screws to the quick adapter is bigger then what the adapter recieves. Any one have any suggestions?

The Manfrotto 200pl plate or called the base, set inside of 200pl-14 Quick release base. Buy the 323 RC Manfrotto is the complete system. Unless you want to buy the 200pl single base as a Spare.

Q: Will this work with a MeFoto Roadtrip tripod?

It is compatible with all 1/4" and 3/8" tripod mounts. The 3/8" to 1/4" thread adapter is included. Yes it will be compatible.
