this product came on time and as expected, so far so good

If I had the chance, I wouldn't give these guys a star rating and just leave feedback but this is not an option so here we are. I was given a monitor (Samsung S22A460B) without a power adapter. No clue if it worked or not. I ordered this part to get it working. Well it didn't work. For some reason, the power turns on the monitor and I get messages on the screen (like checking for analog, digital, etc.) but then nothing else happens. For example, nothing happens when I press menu (and yes its not locked). Its strange. Based on what I have read this LOOKS like a power adapter problem. But I will give these guys the benefit of the doubt so I won't return it (and give them a 1 star). I will say this power adapter makes me very suspicious. 3 reasons. First, the power prong is is two prong (not three prong as I have seen with other "Original Samsung Adapters" for this monitor. Second, the power adapter does not fit into the slot on the back of the monitor like it should. Its too small. Third, the power adapter gets very hot after a few minutes of use. I smell a rat but I can't prove it.

Works great for SyncMaster S23B300! Only thing is the plug is oriented differently than stock

The power adapter works as advertised, and appears to produce the specified power output, but the adapter itself looks significantly different than the image provided. The adapter I received looks like it is supposed to be the stand on which a monitor rests, or something. It's going to sit behind the monitor and be completely ignoreable, but showing the wrong product image seems like such a elemental mistake I couldn't give more stars than 3.
