No. Mine barely fit in 1 liter bottles.

Do it stop once it pours one shot?

No. It pours until you put the bottle back up

Does this stop pouring after one ounce, or do you need to count while pouring?

These are not the regulated ones, the person pouring would need to count to portion.

Wish they had lids

They are easy to remove but don't leak. Literally the only thing that would make these better is if they came with a lid so you could leave them on until the bottle was empty- so I deducted a star because you can't do half a star. :(
