Does this work with metal /tin roofs

Yes, I bought this just for my metal roof. As you do with any other roof you have to clean out the dirt/dust 1st. It's easy and simple.

Is this stuff brushable?

I applied with a trowel, didn’t attempt a brush. My patch was on a flat porch roof, where porch roof meets the house roof and the product worked great. It is thick and the only way I could see it being brushed on is with a extra strong bristled brush after it has been scooped out and placed on area with a trowel or puddy knife. Hope this helps

Once dried can you drive over it?

Since this roofing sealant why would you drive on your roof?

Does the product remain "gooey" or does it become firm or semi firm?

As I can best remember it gets semi firm.
