Good quality and resistance
The media could not be loaded. I tried them as soon as I get them. Great to include them in my workout routine, you can feel the difference in each band,you have to put more effort to start using the heavy one if you are a beginner like me, I think you could skip the light one but its good to have as get use to it, it depends on your level as I am just speaking from my perspective.They don't slip and the size is the same for each band, the tension you feel when exercising it's what you expect and it still feels comfortable.It's a good product overall for the right price. Maybe the storage bag isn't the best but is a good add on, serves it's purpose of make them portable, so you can take the bands wherever.

Excellent quality feel!
The media could not be loaded. Oooooohhhhh nooooooo!! I can tell these are gonna kick my butt during a workout!! I can't wait to try them out! I have been wanting these for a while now! They feel like really good quality and have an ant-slip feel inside. For me they are a perfect size and fit. Comes with a travel bag too! Great deal for a good workout! It comes with a pamplet as well with lots of band workouts!! 💪🏻🙌🏻
