My driver is a lot nicer than I would be if I were him. I fell in love with these and I’ve bought four sets so far. I think I’m done, but one last set might come home.I use them for flies and overhead press. They’re easy to use in so far as they are nicely padded and have a great grip.They’re about as long as a shoe, so easy to store under the side of my bed.The enormous variety of weights makes for a great workout. I’m doing a progressive increase in weight every workout and this lets me increase only as much as I can. I can fine tune the progression because there are so many options.The plastic is claw-proof. Ask my cat.Overall, I recommend it. I’m not sure that really nice guy who delivered it recommends it, but I do.

These are incredible quality and the best I have ever order. There isn't a bad thing to say about them. Very happy and will be ordering other weight sizes once I decide what I need. The coating is super strong, and the color and number stamping is perfect. Amazing how reasonable the price is.

These little barbells are exactly as described. Lightweight and perfect size for beginning arm exercises. I like the pink color too. The shape on each end is perfect so that they don't roll when you put them down.

This is a nice set for a decent price. Tbh I never really understood why dumbbells were so expensive. They're comfortable to hold while exercising. I look forward to getting into better shape with these!
