I am in love with this pan—I use it everyday and cook everything in it—frying meat, soup, stirfry. Last week I made a mushroom risotto in it. Just perfect. It heats evenly, and retains heat well; you can lower the heat on most things you cook. If you heat it up, then add oil, it is pretty much nonstick, but even if something does stick, it comes off easily. It is heavy, but that is because of the bottom, and it is well worth the weight to have the even heating. (My hands are very weak and arthritic, and I don’t have a problem with it.) The lid is well-constructed and cleans up beautifully. This is one of the best purchases I have made in years.

Love the thick bottom on the pan, stays at an even temperature allowing whatever is cooking to cook evenly with a good consistent texture. This morning the gravy I slow cooked turned out beautifully light and smooth. Very tasty with my biscuits and omelet. Good pan at a good price.

Best pan ever! Great size. Love the double handles. Versatility is excellent. I cook everything in this pan. If you heat the pan before adding butter or oil, there is absolutely no staining or sticking. So easy to clean. I love to cook on high heat, and I have no worries with this pan, like I’ve always had to worry with non-stick coated pans that would give off a chemical smell. This pan works for me. I’m sold on this company, for sure.

Absolutely! love this 11i inch every day pan. Beautiful design, great weight and well made. It has become my GO-TO pan. Highly recommend it. Love that it is offered in different sizes. Seriously thinking about another size.
