Great for cooking eggs. Has a raised indent so it can rest on the counter without making a mess. Def one of my most used kitchen tools.

My husband cooks scrambled eggs in the morning. I saw this and thought I would pick it up for him. He gave it a cautious eye and tried it a few days later. Now he just loves it. Gets the eggs off the side of the pan with ease and he has perfect eggs. He likes the more flexible tip also.

I never knew there was a spatula design specifically for eggs - that wasn't the reason I purchased this, I just like integrated tool rests but I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works for eggs especially when making an omelette. I plan to purchase another one and if you cook eggs this is a great choice.

Questioned if I really needed it at first, but makes flipping and getting under things like omelets a breeze. Love the stand up off the counter design too. I own a lot of Joseph Joseph products and use them constantly, sure they cost more but you pay for what you get pretty much. Outstanding brand, recommended.Months later,Absolutely love it, took me a few times to get the hang of it. Superior for omelets, I can make a larger one and use the edge to cut it and the stiff edge to flip both pieces. I'm actually thinking about another one. The thin spatula they sell is awesome if this isn't your "cup of tea" try that one, it is excellent too.

I bought it to use while cooking eggs but ended up using it all the time. It's soft but firm and works great for veggies, ground beef, beans, etc. I am starting to use it more than my standard spatula.

I've only used this to make scrambles and it does get the job done, but it kind of feels weird when I am using it. I'm thinking it feels that way because the wide part is on the left. This probably makes no sense to anyone else. It does have it's own built in little stand and that I actually love because you can set it down without getting anything on the counter/stove.

Comfortable using, great idea that it sits on the counter without the spatula touching a surface. Great idea and good spatula I like the Joseph line!
