CargoLoc 32444 Industrial Bungee Cords with Dichromate Steel Hooks, 48-Inch, Black

These are not the junky bungee cords you buy at the big box stores. These cords are about 1/2" in diameter and they have metal hooks - definitely heavy duty. Time will tell, but I expect these to last at least twice as long the skinny cords with the plastic hooks.

I was looking for a good quality long bungee and decided to give this one a try. It's well built and appears to have good holding tension, but only time will tell.

I held off a few months to see how this would hold up riding around in the back of my pick-up during the summer in Florida. Good thickness and tension without any sign of deterioration. I'm about to order 2 more so I figured it's time to give it a thumbs up.

This cord is a long lasting, strong bungee. I had one on my car, I use it to hold my car trunk shut... the lock is busted. It held up for five years. The price is great for this product.

I bought these for use with a dolly, but I also own a truck and have already used them twice while transporting a light furniture load. Anyone who owns a truck needs bungee cords. These are long and heavy duty. I could not find this length and quality at local stores. I'm glad I bought them, I'm sure I'll use them over and over again.

It is exactly what I needed for rather a unique situation. We live in Oklahoma and the wind does indeed come sweep'n down the plains! And every time it did, it blew my wrought iron urns over. I strapped them to the garage posts and voile! They within stand our strong gusts of wind!

I rarely write reviews, however, this product is so bad peeps should know! I bought 2 different brands referenced in the headline. The Cargoloc brand was supposed to be industrial strength quality. Well, the rubber literally started to disintegrate inside the chord itself (See Pic). One of the obvious spots is located very close to the hook where the rubber is completely gone and only the outside cloth is left. This was bought in August 2020 and lasted only 6 months. This product has a limited lifetime warranty and is useless in 6 months. Hmmm, News Flash STAY AWAY from Cargoloc bungee chords. I bought a Keeper 48" Bungee Chord at the exact same time as this one for less money (To Compare The Two Products) and it appears to be in the same exact condition as the day I bought it. I wanted to see which one would last the longest. Keeper Bungee Chords wins by a landslide!!!

Expensive, but it shows in the material quality. These cords are STRONG and will last a very long time.

I use this to secure my bbq to the deck rail so the wind doesn't knock it over.

Excellent quality and ease of installation. One thing to watch is top plate, attached to phone, sliding out of base, which is clamped on handle bar. I was riding my road bike on cobblestone and vibration loosened the connection.
