I love that this sock is easy to put on, but it is every bit as compressing as the tights I had been using. My main complaint with the tights I used before was that they were too long - reached over my knee and uncomfortably dug into my thighs. This sock is perfect and exactly what I was looking for because it ends right below the knee, and does not dig into my skin at all. Comfy and I like the colors.The material is also thin enough that I can handwash these and they dry out quickly.

These are awesome! First of all, who knew compression socks came in anything other than "old lady beige?" The colors and styles of Newmark are great and they're SOOOOOOOO comfortable I won't wear anything else on my feet. They definitely help my legs and feet through long days of being on them. My varicose veins aren't as bad or painful at the end of a long day and surprise, surprise, they reduce the swelling of the arthritis in my left foot! That's a huge bonus. I've tried other brands and Newmarks are definitely the best in my opinion.

I’m a nurse and work at least 12 hour a day shift. These Socks have very good support and compression, however, I wish they were a little thicker. It seems like on the bottom of my feet I can feel every little thing in my shoe. If the socks were a little thicker I do not believe this would happen

I have worn compression over-the-calf socks daily for about ten years. I started with some great socks that Underarmour used to sell, called 'recharge', but sadly discontinued. Regular black soccer socks are 'ok' but don't really prevent fatigue. During the last six months I've purchased 5 different socks at various price points. Some are way too tight, and its a workout to pull them on and off. I think that they are designed for people with a significant medical need. Bottom line is these Newmark socks are great for the price point. Sure, I wish that their logo wasn't on the front above the ankle--the top calf stripes are cool. I bought 4 more pairs after the test drive of the first pair.

Great for hikers! Not too tight to feel uncomfortable, and not too loose to lose compression. Although it seems I should chose the medium size instead because the soles of feet are little bit bigger for me, but other than that everything works great. Good socks to keep the swelling down!

I don't know anything about compression socks but I have horrible feet problems so I decided that it couldn't hurt to try them. I ordered 4 different brands and these are the first ones that I received. I just put them on an hour ago and so far I love them. They fit perfectly and feel so good on. They definitely help keep my legs warm in this cold weather. I wear an 8.5 shoe and have a 16 inch calf and they couldn't fit better. I think that I will definitely like them. I will update the post if anything changes.

I really liked these compression socks at first. They kept my feet from swelling on a long drive, but......walking in these started to damage my foot. The ultra tight compression paired with my size 14 foot left no room for the sock to expand as I walked. It left the top of my foot where it met my ankle bone bruised and constricted the circulation. I thought these were so great at 1st that I ordered an extra pair, but as I wore them the compression led foot damage in an undamaged area. I do not recommend these for large feet. The XL are for mens size 8-14, but there is no room for the socks to expand with a larger foot. These socks are literally so well constructed that it hurt my feet. If you have a smaller foot, these are the best compression socks of the 5 types I have bought and its not even close, but for a larger foot, I do not recommend any athletic activity in them as at full expansion there is zero give and they will rip into your foot.

I wanted to try these compression socks but really didn’t have high expectations because the price was so much less than what I normally wear. Well I bought 2 pair to give a try and was very surprised. Not only is the price outstanding, the quality is great!I have just purchased 3 pair of the black/gray giving me 7 pair now. I’ve worn these compression socks on up to 20 mile long runs and they feel and perform like socks costing 3 and 4 times the amount. They are great for recovery also.If looking for a great quality compression sock you can’t go wrong with these Newmark sports compression sock!
