Used as an ice pack
I was suffering from heat cramps from the hot weather during a heatwave. Filled this up 2/3 and put in the freezer, then took it to bed to use as an ice pack during the hot summer nights so I could sleep easier.Note this is very small in size, about the same as my hand (7/8 inches).

It's a good quality hot water bottle
It's no worse or better than any hot water bottle I have ever had. Good for the money if you cant get out to buy one.

Very bad customer service
I wish I read 1-star reviews before I ordered. The product is thiny, return is not possible, the customer service doesn't reply messages from Amazon. I don't recommend thus seller.

The item arrived on time. The quality is good. Having measurement would have been useful as it is very small so don’t think it will be very effective.
