Yes it can transform from unicorn mode to destroy mode and to "unchained" mode and the transformations are just like you see in the ova.

Does this kit come with any leds at all or do you have to get the led kit to get any leds at all?

Lights sold separately. Bandai reduced the cost of the Kit by splitting up lights and full armor kit. Both sold separately. Worth the extra $100-150. Hobby link on YouTube has an install video.
