Works great and easy to install
We always have our hands full coming in from the garage, so when I discovered push/pull levers, I knew this was the solution for us. We looked at several different models and manufacturers before selecting this one. My biggest concern was that installation would be really difficult, but while the process is a little different from installing a regular door knob, the instructions were pretty good and I had the old latch out and this one installed in about 15 minutes. Another concern was that I we would have trouble remembering to push/pull instead of turn, but after one or two times through the door, it feels entirely natural. As I would expect from a Yale product, the construction seems to be high quality and the latch is visually pleasing. The shape of the lever feels nice in your hand, and is a good size and shape for pushing with your palm or your hip. It was a great feeling the first time I brought in groceries to be able to just hip-bump the door open. I should note that some jurisdictions may require a locking door between the garage and the house (and it's a good idea, even if it's not required), and since this handle does not lock, you may need to add a deadbolt to stay compliant if you're using this latch on that door.

works great
Love the push pull design and ability to configure so onside only opens when push. Metal is hefty solid. The key will be how well the latch part holds up to 30-50 times a day usage on our busy household. The finish had some burrs as in picture. This was on both handles even though they seemed packed in plastic in box ok, so not sure a factory issue or shipping. Because of its design it has a few more steps to install but instructions are great. It has plastic pins to pull out to activate once installed so not clear to me if I have to say replace latch and remove handle how difficult that will be. Came with two latches depending on door depth. Latches looked heavy duty. I like the lifetime warranty so that makes it worth the higher cost—assuming Yale will honor and not nickel and dime me. Satin nickel Yale goes well with Silver Eufy230 lock.

Arrived with nicks and scratches on both handles.
This is a nice heavy door latch. should hold up for a long time. However it arrived with nicks and scratches on both handles. It is packaged in a way that everything is just thrown in the box. the small parts are in separate baggies but the bigger parts are loose and just bang around into each other during shipping.

Poor Manufacturing = Difficult Assembly
I had to finagle the locking mechanism to get the interior and exterior components to interface with the spindle, which was frustrating. The selector screw that allows you to disable one of the functions so you can pull or push your door closed without the latch being disengaged was difficult to install because the holes weren’t aligned, which has made the exterior functionality sticky compared to the interior. One of the set screw channels to install the covers of the mechanism components wasn’t properly threaded and was nearly impossible to install properly. I am so disappointed because I love my smart lock and wanted a handle to match, but this is a piece of crap. The directions are not easy to follow either. The concept is cool. The price isn’t terrible, and I want to believe that it’s just the handle I received that was bad, but buyer beware on this one. It does match Yale Smart Locks. It functions fine aside from being sticky on the outside.

Love it, well designed and engineered
This works so smoothly and silently and conveniently. I put it on my patio door so I can go out to the grill with full hands and I am just thrilled with it. It doesn't seem to be at risk of damage from people trying to turn it. It just opens when they touch it so they get surprised and no one accidentally man-handles it. All of our visitors agree how clever it is and how perfect it is for the door we put it on. This could either be really good for pets and kids, or very problematic, depending on your goal. I love this design, and I'm very happy with this particular one.

How did we get along with out these?
Great door handle set for the house. Makes it easy to open the door when you have your hands full. Just bump against the handle and its works! I have one on the front door, the laundry room to the garage, the laundry room to the kitchen.

Modern Keyless Front Door Entry
I purchased this handle to replace a keyed door handle to finish my KEYLESS Front Door project. This handle complements a Yale Real Living Assure Lock SL Key Free Touchscreen Deadbolt that I installed on my front entry door so that I could have KEYLESS entry into my home. Even with the new keyless Touchscreen Deadbolt my door handle still required a key. To remedy this problem, I purchased this Yale Security P5201N02 Navis Paddle Lever (Privacy version). This handle eliminated the door handle key which was a problem when my guest felt they were helping me when they locked the door handle as they were leaving my home which essentially locked me out of my Keyless entry door. I went with the Privacy version of the door handle because 1) I wanted the option for additional security and 2) and during installation I had the option on NOT installing the Privacy Button and installing it later if I wanted the additional security. Bottom line, this is a beautiful easy to install door handle if you want complete keyless entry into your home. The push or pull door handle is also very nice!

Probably one of the best things I bought for our house... my hands are often full when using the door I installed this on and it’s made things easy to have this handle... it’s brilliant

I was looking for a push/pull style of lockset for my shop and this one is just what I wanted; especially the push function when I leave the shop with my arms full. The installation was somewhat simple, but I've installed hundreds of locksets over the years. You do need to pay attention to how it works to be sure you set it up correct. It is finnicky to get it to operate smooth but when it is set it is good. The construction of the set is solid in my opinion. I just might buy a couple more for other doors.

Trate de comprar dos veces este producto. A más llegó uno completamente distinto a el que pedí. El inventario está mal hecho, ya que abajo de la etiqueta nueva (incorrecta) viene la etiqueta real a otro producto distinto

Outside portion of the mechanism square wasn't perfectly plumb so there was a slight bit of tension, resulting in the locking pin not being able to push in and pull out without excessive force. This would work well as a passage door, but I give it a 0/5 as a privacy door.

One works, the other has a locking mechanism out of tolerance.
