Glam Facial Face Cupping Set, Cupping Therapy Sets (GLAM - Clear)

I’m 42 years old and there is a time in your life when you wake up one day, look in the mirror and realize that your skin is starting to sag, you are getting the jowls, your eyes look droopy and tired, the lines around your nose and mouth become more pronounced. So I looked into facial exercises because your facial muscles and skin needs stimulation just like your body to become tighter and plumped. As I was doing my research for facial exercises or facial yoga, I came across this cupping set. I was interested to try it but was skeptical of course. As a child my mom used the glass cupping on my back when I would get a bad cold and congestion. This is an ancient Asian method to break down and pull the toxins from your body. I always felt better after the procedure. I was intrigued how this would work for the face, so I decided to test it. Of course my husband said that I was crazy and laughed at me as I was cupping my face. The set has 2 bigger cups for larger areas of the face and 2 small ones for delecate areas (around eyes) or small areas like side of the nose (great when you have sinus issues or congested), and the silicone brush which is great for washing your face or spreading the facial oil. You definitely need to use a facial oil so the cups glide easily. Immediately my face felt relaxed after a 5 minute procedure. It felt rejuvenated and plumped. It became my evening routine before bed. My coworkers started commenting that my face looks refreshed, my husband noticed the difference. And it has only been 3 weeks! I’m officially obsessed! My eyebrows look lifted, my jaw line is becoming more defined, the lines on my forehead and the “11’s” between the eyes are diminishing and my cheeks and lips look plumped. I told my mom and she ordered the same set and absolutely loves it. This set is portable and easy to take with you anywhere and it would not break :). There are many similar sets on the market but here is why I chose the set from this company: this is an American company, the description is in correct English that makes sense, they have a website with more product information and video tutorials, they have done the clinical studies and the before and after pictures on their website look real and not photoshopped, they stand by their product and guaranteed replacement or refund if you are not happy, the material they use for these silicone cups is free of any toxins or fillers. Since I was so happy with the results, I ordered the set for the body, which is also amazing! I just ordered 12 sets as Christmas gifts for my close friends and family. I’ve been using this facial cupping set for a while now, and I’m obsessed. It’s surprisingly easy to use, even if you’re new to facial cupping, and the little brush makes applying oil super simple before starting. The cups have just the right amount of suction, so they glide smoothly without feeling too strong on the skin. The quality feels great, and they’re easy to clean after each use. I love that they’re lightweight but still sturdy, and the set doesn’t stain or lose shape even after regular use. It’s honestly such a relaxing part of my routine now, my skin looks a little more plumped and refreshed every time I use them. Definitely one of those self-care tools that feels worth keeping around.

UPDATE: So, I wrote my review a few days after I received the product. (See below) But then I got an allergic reaction. Like, really bad. I thought maybe it was the oil, but I was told because I am allergic to bananas, that plastic or latex has the same components. I got a rash, face and eyes were totally swollen. I am not disappointed in the product itself but be sure to do your research. (1st Review)I have only used it a couple of times. The suction really does relax your facial muscles, especially that forehead crease Something so simple can make a big difference.

Like a lot of people, the pandemic has been putting a strain on my mental health, so I have been trying to focus more on self care. I saw these reviewed on a blog I follow and thought they were interesting. After researching on the internet and reading a LOT of reviews I decided to give them a try. These cups arrived the day after I ordered them! I read a lot of tutorials and watched several videos on how to get started. The cups arrive in a bag, you get two small cups and two large, plus a little nubby brush for applying the oil. It does NOT come with oil. I waited until before bed, which a lot of people had recommended. I washed my face and applied a facial oil using the brush. The instructions for what order to use each cup are printed on the back of the resealable bag that you can store them in. This was much easier than I thought it would be. Make sure you use enough oil to get the cups to glide, and don't leave them in one spot for too long. It felt like a reverse massage, like pulling instead of pushing. It was a very pleasant and relaxing feeling. I did one side of my face at a time. Maybe it was wishful thinking or something, but I felt like there was a subtle difference between the two sides. I finished up, and may have over done it while trying to get it right, because I wound up with a few pin prick sized red spots scattered over my forehead and one cheek, but they were mostly faded the next morning, and completely gone by bed the next day. I finished by washing off the excess facial oil and applying my moisturizer. I've done this 3 times now, and I do see a subtle difference. My face looks plumper (In the good way!) and my skin is glowing. This isn't going to be an overnight miracle. Each time I use it, my face looks just a little better. Just the relaxation aspect of this makes it worth the money to me. I would absolutely recommend these.

These do work and my skin does look and feel better when I use them but this brand says that quality is important for good results and not to be fooled by cheaper brands that may not provide the same quality....well I honestly don’t think these are worth paying double for. I have a hard time getting these to keep suction, they’re fine and serve their purpose but the cheaper ones would have done the same.

I washed my face and then used the little facial brush that come with it to apply some Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil for Face 1 oz (Pack of 2) . It's important to use an oil so that the cups glide. You also receive Practical Guide to Cupping book via email. Next I followed the directions for the cups on my face. It felt so good and I notice results right away. Skin looked smoother. The next day a lot of people said my skin was glowing and asked what did I do. I told them about this product and they ordered a set too! I also take supplements for my hair, skin, and nails as well as use FOREO LUNA mini 2 Facial Cleansing Brush, Gentle Exfoliation and Sonic Cleansing for All Skin Types, Pearl Pink to clean my skin. The combination of all three of these works wonders for my skin! Update: 2/20/2018 I'm still enjoying good results. I wish i had taken before photos of my face. My mom asked for a set so I purchase this for her as well.

I work in the natural beauty industry and a colleague recently told me she preferred this over dry brushing/oil regimen. I ordered these based on overall reviews and simplicity. I've always had a little redness to my cheeks (not rosacea) that I need a medium coverage foundation to correct, and also get the occasional large pimple. These cups (in conjunction with nightly serums) have shown drastic results in diminishing and nearly eliminating the redness. My overall face looks firmer and I can agree with a previous review I read, that it seems I've had some kind of magic procedure, when in fact, it was just this $30 kit. PLEASE READ instructions before using and always use an oil. I've read many reviews that say it left bruising. Using oil with a continuous movement will absolutely prevent this. I would recommend these to any of my friends as a good facial massage with anti-aging benefit.

First, I want to mention that when my kit arrived, I didn't notice for a couple days that the small cup wasn't in the bag, but I contacted the company and they sent a small one to me right away. Very friendly and prompt customer service. That said, I just love this cupping set. I have a weird little crease above my upper lip which is worse in the morning, probably from sleeping on my side. I use the larger cup on that crease for a couple minutes in the morning, and it smooths right out. I thought I was going to have to get fillers, but now I don't. Also, it's really revived my aging skin. It seems to have improved all-over circulation and smoothed my undereye skin, making the area look less "hollowed." Do I look 10 years younger? No, but I have only been using it a couple weeks and I have noticed a definite improvement in my skin which I'm sure will only get better with more use. As an added bonus, it's very relaxing and helps a lot with allergy/sinus pressure and tension headaches. All in all, I'm very happy with this product.

Nessun miracolo però nell'immediato l'effetto è molto piacevole. io le uso soprattutto la mattina, giusto qualche minuto dopo che ho spalmato la crema e l'effetto tensore è visibile, toglie rapidamente i segni del sonno o... del mancato sonno dal viso ;)
