Works really good. I rented it Airbnb and they had some of this. I fell in love with it. Just had to get me some.

The spray has very easy use, and it sprays pretty evenly. You can hold down on it and spray or you could just do a real fast spray just to make sure you’re pulling in less fat and less calories. I’ve discovered my love for oil sprays, and the fact that I realized you don’t have to use a lot of oil to sauté stuff. The whole recipe is about measuring oils are behind me because just a little bit of oil sprayed in the van goes a long way no more measuring out what they ingredient say of a tablespoon and then I have probably more fat than you really need. So yes, it’s healthy fat but the benefits of just having less fat in your diet. In the fact that you do put in your diet is healthy is really great.

Use for cooking and cant beat the price.

We have this on our subscribe and save list, and I love using it. My only complaint is about the consistency of the aerosol type thing in it. We go through about a can every two weeks and we are a small family of three. Out of the 8 or so cans we’ve had, I’ve only had a problem with 2. We had one bottle arrive that only sprayed in a jet stream and another bottle that stopped spraying unless you let it sit for a few minutes, and then it would spray again. Also, I’m unsure when the van is empty if when the pressure is just gone because of the inconsistency in their sprays. For example, it will still feel like there’s plenty of oil in there, but it won’t spray so I toss it out and grab the next one. I’m not sure what they have used for their “non-aerosol“ but if it is added pressure, I think the movement of shipping sometimes messes with this. This is much cheaper than anything I can find on the shelf at home though, especially an EVOO so we’ll keep buying it. Plus, when we have a can that works like it should, it’s a great addition to the kitchen.

Great price! Convenient! Spray is continuous when held down! Slightly robust flavor, but not too much! Love it! I use it for cooking, salads, bread! Everything! It is NOT zero calories so do not buy based of calories.

This wasn’t what I expected, which is largely my fault since there is a product description. But it doesn’t spray in a mist, which is what I was trying to buy. The “spray” really dribbles and isn’t different from using the olive oil I already have in a pourable container.
