Great value and features
So much fun to use. I bought for the PH meter, but when our rhubarb was dying, we tested the PH which tested fine. We then checked the moisture levels only to find out that the soil was not draining as well in that area of the garden. We stopped watering them and they grew back nicely. This is such a handy item for any gardener but especially for those breaking new ground and growing crops that have various moisture and PH needs.

PH couldn't be accurate. I don't know for sure yet, but either it or the Rapitest is wrong.
PH couldn't be accurate. I don't know for sure, but either it or the Rapitest I bought at the same time is incorrect. Since I live in middle Georgia and haven't limed the yard in 2 years, I have a hard time believing a neutral to alkaline reading 7 - 7.5. Rapitest showed between 5 and 5.5 PH (acidic). I could be wrong, but the Rapitest seems more accurate. If the margin of error is 1 - 1.5 points, then maybe it's ok.

Great for helping with moisture control.
At first I couldn’t get this thing to work. It wasn’t registering properly even when submerged in a cup of water. Tired of messing with it, I stuffed it into a succulent the check for lighting. A week later I tried using it again and I’m happy to report the moisture meter is working great. It’s keeping me from over watering some of my plants that lookndry from the surface.

READINGS NOT BELIEVEABLE
Bought 2 and readings in same pots same area have readings far apart. Even retried in many pots the following day and still extreme difference from the other in readings. Definitely not suitable for using on desert rose collection. Both by now should be in local landfill.

Save water
This meter has helped me save a lot of water. I have lots of tomatoes growing in pots and was watering every other day, with the meter I discovered I was watering way to much. Now I check before I turn on the tap.

Been in the soil for a week. Nothing has changed on the meter. After waiting a month for it to arrive, I'm done.
