These worked perfectly to make molten lava cakes in! I did these with girl scouts. Just keep in mind because the container is lighter than a ceramic ramekin, it does heat up quicker so baking time is faster. I used butter to grease the sides, cakes came out perfectly. A side note on making these kinds of cakes with large groups: all the batter must be from the same batch that is in oven, as cakes have heat from butter and heated chocolate in them before going in the oven. If you have more than one batch you risk having some cakes overdone while some are underbaked.
