If you have restless legs while sleeping, this product is for you. My husband’s legs were going someplace fast and he didn’t even know it. For him, this product gave him restful nights sleep. Highly recommend

Works best if taken 30-60 minutes before bed
I have used this product for restless legs at night and I find that it works well about 75% of the time. Sometimes nothing works but that's just me. I think it works best if you take it 30-60 minutes before bedtime, you have to put it under your tongue and let it melt, so I try to let it sit there as long as possible so it absorbs. Then if I need it I take another dose right at bed time, but most of the time the one is enough. This is the first time I've ordered online rather than getting in a store, and I guess due to shipping a lot of the pills were broken up and they turned to powder in the bottle. For that reason I don't know if I would order online again because it's hard to tell how much you're taking if you just pour the powder under your tongue and the bottle doesn't last as long.

Actually helps restless legs
I bought this out of desperation and really didn’t expect it to work, it did. If you suffer from restless legs this is for you. I’ve tried every remedy available and this is the only thing that works. Worth every penny.

No ingredients listed on the bottle. Doesn’t work, waste of money. Not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. Checked this product with a professional and was told they’re a placebo, when backed with my experience checks out. Do not buy. Mine are going straight to the trash considering they can’t be returned (how convenient).
