I drink a glass every morning and by noon I feel like I can float away. This stuff is great for cleaning out your system. It's like liquid plumber for your body. On Mondays I can feel everything just leaving my body after my first trip to the toilet. Coworkers think I am on drugs since I always head to the bathroom. That brings me to my next point, you are going to want to hydrate, hydrate, HYDRATE throughout the day when taking this. It works only if you are drinking water regularly throughout the day. Also, it is super important to keep your body hydrated because you will lose a lot of water when taking this. As mentioned briefly, you are going to want to take this in the morning when you have an hour to spare, depending on your commute. As soon as you walk into your office or where ever that is when it will hit you. You can also take this before bed or after work if you want to use your own bathroom and spare yourself the potential embarrassment. The taste isn't too bad either and it is very relaxing. I use this as a substitute for coffee in the mornings and find that it is a great way to start my day. Use in moderation when you first start this product. I started with one spoon full of powder dissolved in a drinking glass with water and then moved to 2 spoon fulls after I built up a tolerance

So I originally saw this product on IG from a few big accounts I follow saying they love it, so I decided to try it out and bought the small bottle at my local Target. It honestly was the best decision ever. This is now a major major part of my bed time routine. It tastes good and really helps mellow me out. I drink it about 20 minutes before I want to go to bed. I’ve found it helps me feel more rested when I wake up AND it’s been a blessing to help keep me ~regular~ digestively, no matter what I’ve been eating. I was so excited when I saw the big container since it’s such a good value and will probably last me until the end of the year. I’ve turned so many people on to it. I also like that the big container comes with a scoop in it too!

I've been taking this brand of magnesium for a few years now. THEY FINALLY MADE A SQUAT CONTAINER. Oh my goodness gracious, the new container is so much easier to get the product out of. And it comes with a scoop! No more sacrificing one of my teaspoon measuring spoons! The flavor is just as tart as always, which I've grown accustomed to. Be sure to start with a small dose and work your way up. If you take too much, your digestion gets a bit...loose. I purposely take a bit too much to counteract the effects of my iron supplement and I couldn't be happier! Also, I take this about 10 minutes before bed and I sleep straight through the night. I've also noticed that my anxiety level is lower throughout the day, too!

If you have leg cramps or any muscle cramps resulting from workouts this product keep me from ever having one again. If you work or play or ride a motorcycle in the heat of summer this product will refresh you and help handle the heat. For me it has been an excellent product that works every time.

I am a very anxious person and sometimes struggle with sleep. When I take this before bed, I feel a pleasant calmness wash over me, and I fall asleep and stay asleep better than when I don't use it. It also helps with muscle soreness from working out and muscle tension from anxiety.

Mixed about 17oz water and 1 scoop of this. After drinking about half, I started to feel easy. I guess I can say that I was relaxed. I think I will keep drinking this at my work place. Only thing is though, it taste horrible. I think because it contains Magnesium, it kinda taste like licking metals. Have you ever chewed aluminum foils? Well, it doesn't taste that bad, but the taste is like that. I think Magnesium also affects your bowel movements (a lot of stool softener contains Magnesium), so watch out for over drinking it.

I take this product before bed to help me wind down, as a magnesium supplement, and it keeps me regular.

During pregnancy and afterngicinf birth I found this supplement was helpful in regulating my bowels. The magnesium also made my body less achy after childbirth and during my recovery period. The flavor is good and I have no issue drinking it. One container usually lasts me about 1 year. I believe it's a good investment for my health and vitality.

Llevo varios meses utilizando en familia y excelente producto. No sientes una gran diferencia al momento de tomarlo, pero sufrimos de estreñimiento y nos ha ayudado a regular la digestión.
