Huevos verdes con jamón (Green Eggs and Ham Spanish Edition) (Beginner Books)

I was expecting yo soy simon, simon yo soy. what i got was yo soy juan, yo soy juan ramon. otherwise still the same book guy still doesn't love huevos verdes con jamon, ni aqui ni alla, con un raton, en un caseron, con un zorro en un rincon, en un cajon, en un arbol, en un coche, ni de noche, en la tormenta, en el tren, con una cabra, en un tunel, en un charco, en un barco. (the translators really took the time to rework the book so it would be funny, sweet and rhyme. kinda like, if dr. seuss wrote in spanish himself.)

I've been reading this book for my kids by translating in on my own while reading to them. My kids love the book but my oldest started getting more interested on each word to try to read it. Then, I decided to look for the Spanish version, so he can start connecting the words and begin to read BUT I DO NOT like the translation of the book. The book is about SAM and I have no idea why would someone change the name of the main character! There was no need to change it.

I bought this for my 5-yr old son, who has been learning Spanish as a second language online. He has read the English version of “Green Eggs and Ham” many times, so I thought this book would be helpful for him, and it has been. He really enjoys it and is making connections between the Spanish vs. English words and phrasing. Highly recommend!

great quality book, hardcover. I have always translated the English version on the spot when reading it to my daughters, so it is nice to have the Spanish version for consistency as I read... it is different to what I am used to, but it rhymes! I yet have to read it to my daughters to see if they like it.

A mi hijo de solo 2 años le encanta este libro! Quisiera que sea en Inglés y español ya que le estamos enseñando los 2 idiomas. Pero esta bien por que tenemos un segundo libro solo en ingles también. Si tienen niños de la edad este libro les va a encantar!

A mi hija le encanta la historia. Le ha ayudado mucho a mejorar su lectura ya que quiere seguir la trama del libro y los dibujos.

My son loved the English version of this book (I hated that version). But now that we have the Spanish version I like it much better. He is also enjoying it somewhat. He will repeat some of the Spanish words as I read along. Overall I enjoyed this book and we read this version regularly. Great addition to our growing Spanish library.

Did you know Mexico hadn't heard of Dr. Seuss? Shocked me! Anyway, ordered favirites of my girls' for another little girl, in another language. Girls are girls!

Este libro es uno de lo clásicos de Dr Seuss de la serie "Yo puedo leerlo solo". Nada más abrirlo y leer la primera página ya puedes ver ese estilo característico de este autor tanto en el tipo de historia como en las ilustraciones. Es, posiblemente, el mejor ejemplo de cuento acumulativo que he leído hasta el momento. Y es que conforme Juan Ramón va sugiriéndole distintas formas de comer huevos verdes con jamón el otro va contestándole repitiendo todas las opciones anteriormente dichas y añadiendo la nueva. Así que el texto va aumentando conforme avanza la historia a la vez que recuerda todo lo que ya han dicho. Al final tiene una enseñanza para los niños, lo que lo hace ideal para todos aquellos a los que les cuesta probar nuevos alimentos.En este libro vuelve a demostrar la capacidad que tiene de combinar una historia alocada y disparatada con la transmisión de enseñanzas a través de los cuentos.La traducción al español respeta el texto rimado del original por lo que no pierde el encanto mientras podemos disfrutarlo en español. Muy satisfecha con la calidad de los materiales en la edición tapa dura.

El libro es el consentido de mi hija. Fue de los primeros con los que aprendió a leer, y aún después de tantos años, a veces nos da por leerlo. Por eso, para esta Navidad, decidió regalárselo a su ahijado.Respecto a la entrega de Amazon, llegó a tiempo y en excelente estado. Fue muy emocionante recibirlo.

Excelente al igual que todos los libros de Dr Seuss, muy recomendado para niños, una lectura en rimas muy fácil, sencilla y divertida.Como un breve resumen es un hombrecillo llamado Juan Ramón (Sam I am) que insiste en qué otro personaje coma Huevos verdes con jamón.

Este libro les enseña a los niños a decir que “si” a probar nuevas cosas al comer. Mi hijo a añadido comidas y platillos a su menú gracias a este libro “¿no te gustan los huevos verdes con Jamón?, ¡que ridiculez!”. Divertidisimo

El libro está en español latino y se respetas las rimas como en el texto original. Los gráficos muy interesantes y la historia en sí muy divertida. Me alegro de haberlo comprado.
