Not the cheapest tires, but
These tires are awesome, not noisy, smooth for road and aggressive for 4 wheeling I am impressed, I had Toyo tires previously but they were soft, and wore quickly.

Got good grip and are quiet on the roads

Traction is terrible
Pros. They're quiet. They do decent in rocky conditions. Cons. They struggle in any wet conditions. When the roads are wet traction is terrible. Offroad if it's muddy they spin constantly. For the price I would expect more out of them.
