Is this sour cream, creme fraiche, regular cream, or heavy cream? what is it?

It’s medium cream however it is thick like pudding. I use it in my morning coffee. I also use it in recipes that call for a cup of heavy cream. And it works quite well. Very convenient because you can always have cream on hand. It tastes quite good, too.

when is the expiration date? it won't make sense if they're gonna expire a few months after delivered

The Best by Date can be found under the can and typically has a shelf life of 18 months after being produced. - Nestlé Consumer Engagement Team

Can this be whipped to make whipped cream?

I haven't actually used it that way, but I believe it probably could. If not by itself perhaps an egg white added to it would definitely bring it up to whipping cream. I thought it was excellent quality.

Does this have sugar or is it sweetened?

It doesn’t have any sugar or sweetners.
