John Deere Sit N Scoot Silhouette Tractor Active Play for Babies

Very small, but right size for 1yr old if walking.

This was smaller than I expected. But it was actually the perfect size for my 1 yr old grandson. It was easy to assemble. Super cute, light weight yet very sturdy. The placement of the wheels make it Less-Likely to tip over, compared to other riding toys I've seen. My grandson frequently use this tractor as his own personal step stool, to reach things he shouldn't. Just a FYI: front wheels do not turn.

This was a gift for our 13 month old twins. They both really enjoy sitting on it and pushing it around, I'm sure when they are more proficient walking they will like scooting it even more. The size of this is perfect for them. The description says choking hazard, ages 3 and up - as for the choking hazard all parts of this are large plastic, maybe a hippo would have to worry about choking on a part but I haven't been able to find anything I'd imagine a child could choke on. Maybe our kids are on the taller side, but I can't imagine this scooter fitting them at age 3, I think they'll likely outgrow it quite a bit by then. Very easy assembly, but as others have noted it definitely takes some strength to get the pieces to snap and lock into place like they should, but once they do, they're in and rock solid. I have very little doubt that this will hold up fine once they start putting some serious time in on it.

Bought for my 2 year old's bday. He loves tractors. He really likes it, riding around or standing on it (great I know). He pulled the sticker decals off right after I put them on, that was a bummer but had nothing to do with the tractor itself just my kid. It would be nice if the stickers came already on it, not because they are difficult to put on, they are easy, but because it my son never saw it w/out the stickers he wouldn't have been interested to pull them off and make it look worn. Nice product. It says for up to 5 year olds, that is crazy. My 4 year old is on the small side and its too small for him.

Gave this to my grandson for his 1st birthday! It was the hit he was on it and was done with opening any other presents! My 2 1/2 year old granddaughter took over on it when he got off! Yes it is small, but not too small at all! Read the description and use a ruler! Perfect for little ones who love tractors. I think we will see this around for a long time! Made well and really worth the money! You will love it you really will! Think small and you will not be disappointed at all!

The Ertl John Deere Sit-N-Scoot Tractor is very cute but be warned, it is pretty small in size, probably suitable for an 18 month old. I bought it for my tractor-obsessed son's 3rd birthday and he looks way too big for it (although to be fair, he is a very large 3 year old). Also, I do need to point out that the wheels do not spin very well and thus it kind of drags along so if you have hardwood floors or any flooring that you care about for that matter, maybe re-think this purchase. It does work just fine on carpet. It is very stable and does not tip easily which is a plus with ride-ons. In short, the price paid was reasonable and my son does love it so I would consider it a good purchase over all.

My 18m grandson loves tractors, so I got this for him for Christmas. He loves it! He wouldn't get off of it once it was assembled Christmas morning and you could see from his enthusiasm that he thought he was quite cool on his tractor. For what it is and what it cost, it is surprisingly well made and durable. It was fairly easy and quick to assemble; the decals are a bit of a challenge and they are already peeling off (he has fun doing that too), but they really add to the appearance of this piece. My expectations for this were pretty low, but it blew those away! It was worth the full price just to see how much he enjoyed it! I've paid way more for things he's enjoyed way less.

My 1 1/2 year old loved this toy! It's inexpensive and fun. the serious scooting phase is over so quickly, then they are onto peddling, and trikes. This is still a go to toy, it's small, but my son is now two- and fits on it fine. the black front is a sticker as well as the wheel rim and the john deere logo on the engine. I recommend this to any mom. It's built tough and if your baby likes tractors like mine- it'll be a hit.

Great seating position

My grandson was very happy to receive a John Deere just like grandads. Great price and perfect size for the age group.

Great for 1-3 year olds. My 1.5 year old loves it! Lightweight for pushing but also sturdy. Just as advertised, just need a little patience for the decal application.

Good quality for the price. Bought this for my sons first birthday. Good size for him. Authentic John Deere colours. You have to put the wheels and steering wheel and stickers on. Easy to put together.
