Easy way to make Char Sui at home
If you have looked up Char Sui recipes you will know how many different ingredients you need, being able to buy the sauce like this makes it much easier. I add some soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine to water it down a little to marinade the pork overnight, then cook it slowly, and add a bit more of this sauce near the end. I'm glad amazon has this because I can't usually find it in the supermarket.

I enjoyed the flavour on my pork chops. I think I will try it on my chicken this Sunday.
