Thick glass
Good product, very sturdy. Good price, thick glass, easy to clean.

1000ml doesn't tell the story of this graduated cylinder. It's a full liter folks.
It's a one liter graduated cylinder. Possibly the finest one liter graduated cylinder I have ever handled. Possibly also the only one I have ever handled. Nevertheless, I feel confident in my understanding of the concept of one liter graduated cylinders, to recommend it you without qualification. Holds liquids without leaking. Stands straight, always.

It arrived in a.. "package" I guess.
Was shipped to me in a large cardboard box. That's it. No bubble wrap, newspaper, foam, nothing. Just a giant piece of glass flopping around VERY loosely inside a giant box. That said, it survived the shipping adventure, so this glass is tough.

Poorly packaged
They work great when they actually make to you. If they would put a little effort into the packaging they would reach their destination a lot more frequently. I have bought three sets of them to only have 4 pieces actually survive the shipping

As advertised, and I'll never have to buy another.
Not all graduated cylinders are the same. Some have the graduations painted on the outside, and over time thy can be chipped or worn away. Karter graduates have the graduations fired into the glass for permanency. Borosilicate glass means no worry about hot liquids in a gold glass graduate. Excellent quality.

Really good and accurate.
This is sturdy enough to survive the journey here. Unlike many many other measures, it has the millilitres marked in tenths, so you don't have to guess if you're measuring something like 33ml. It's also accurate e.g. I can pour water from a different measure into this and the amounts match. If I weigh the water in the measure, the volume matches the weight (e.g. 10ml of water weighs 10g etc).

Very nice graduated cylinder!
Solid, accurate. Works as advertised. I use it for checking specific gravity of my wines and beers. It's a little wide so you use a bit more than a purpose built item but this will outlast a plastic one. I also get to feel a little bit mad scientisty when I use it :-)
