They feel ridged,like there is a piece of card inside,so they don't bend,is it just the black ones?I dont want to waste more money trying the white?

Tried the black pro pack: they are very stiff/rigid like the fabric is attached to a plastic/card inside, so doesn’t feel nice to use, is this normal?

I haven’t found this. Went wet they should be a bit like a flannel.

Anyone that also has the original ones - are these meant to feel more abrasive?! I find them too harsh in comparison. Wish I'd stuck to the original!

The white ones are definitely softer but I get in very well with both.

I wear waterproof mascara and wipes don’t get it off, will this work better ?

I found they didn’t remove waterproof mascara very easily and left kids on, you have to rub quite firmly and that can’t be good for the delicate eye area. I went back to a muslin cloth soaked in waterproof eye make up remover, holding it on the eyelashes to loosen it then it comes away easily (same principle as removing nail polish) but the shape of the halo pad makes this process trickier.
