Works good but only to view your pictures (no taking pics with it)
The cable works good. If you’re purchasing to power the device in order to not have to use a battery it won’t work for that. This cable powers the camera but you can only view your pictures that are already on the camera/sd card. You can’t use any other mode with just this cable. Just a heads up! I’ll give it 5 stars because after looking into it in the Sony camera manual it states that you can only view pics using this cable.
