Great minimal karambit
Excellent little knife and perfect for concealment. Blade was super sharp and just the right size and geometry. The one piece blade and handle is more than strong enough for it intended use. The sheath was a tad bit loose, but with a bit of heat was extremely easy to tighten up. Moved the clip to where it is supposed to be. Now the sheath can be clipped between the belt and pants with the handle forward. Did a wrap for a bit better grip.

Great little knife!
Great little knife! The seller screwed up and sent me the black model so I had to contact them and they sent me this smaller version. NOTE: this knife is tiny. 1" blade. It feels great to me as I don't have large hands. Your opponent won't know what hit them. Worth every penny.

It's not a Pika, but it will tell you for sure if you want one...
This knife is a very close replica of the well-regarded Bastinelli Pika. I certainly didn't expect Bastinelli quality from a ~$20 knife, but I was pleasantly surprised by this little karambit. The good: the finish on the steel is actually pretty solid - it's far from high-polish, but it's smooth and free from any serious blemishes. The knife was surprisingly sharp right out of the box. The bad: it was packed in a tin box, and by packed I mean rattling around loosely. The sheath isn't terrible - too loose in some respects (rattles around a little during carry), but too tight in others (it's difficult to get a smooth release). I'm inclined to think that some wear will smooth out the draw in time. The pocket clip is absolute crap - in many respects I wish they would forego the tin shipping box and put a few extra cents into the pocket clip. I think I have a spare Tek-Lok I will throw on it and at least the clip issues will be solved. I have owned an actual Bastinelli Pika on several occasions, never keeping it for very long, mostly due to the rather ridiculously high price tag on it - not saying it's not worth it, but it's not been worth it to me. I do expect that I will actually keep this little knife - under $20 for a fast, sharp little karambit almost puts it in the realm of disposable. If you have been on the fence about buying Bastinelli Pika, order one of these ASAP. Well-worth the minimal investment. EDIT: Several months in and this is my EDC in-waistband. LOVE this little knife - deployment is much easier with a little wear on the sheath (as expected), and IWB there is zero rattle. 100% worth the price.

Just the right size
Simple, serious, minimalistic. Perfect for what I was looking for, smallest fixed blade kerambit around that isnโt overtly menacing.

Nice knife, trash sheath
The knife is well designed, the shape and size fit the hand well. The finish is smooth, no burrs or issues to catch the hand. The blade was sharp, though my edge had a roll in a few spots out of the box. The sheath and more specifically the belt clip is trash. There is no retention at all. The belt clip is about as strong and thick as a flattened Coke can. For the price it is fine but with the existing sheath I would not suggest carrying it for defense, you are likely to draw the entire thing than just unsheathing the blade.

KARM-TASTIC-BIT!
I really, really wanted to hate this. Feels good. Lightweight. I changed the belt attachment. Comes in a tin box, which is cool. Pros: Handles well Small Cheep! Cons: Gotta get used to weight while flipping Edge needs refinement. Nice copy of a gucci karambit for a 16th of the cost. Love it!

Not a daily user... a use 1 day.
So, no, it's not a Bastinelli. It's inferior steel and the sheath clip is cheap (but seemingly strong). Honestly, what's a karambit made to do? It's not supposed to survive prying or batoning or stabbing a car door 100 times. It's supposed to be a no-frills, quick access, last resort defense. This karambit provides all of that at about 10% of the price for a Bastinelli and I don't see that there's really all that many options between the 2 price points and, maybe, no real benefit to paying much attention to them. The Ccanku is absolutely fine for what it is. The sheath was a little too tight--I don't want to pull a sheathed knife from my boot--but repeated unsheathing/sheathing was enough to fix this issue as the sheath material is somewhat soft. The edge wasn't as sharp as would be expected at a higher price point but edges can be sharpened. I. might replace the clip but, then again, I might not. This is a throw away knife. A little hard to decide whether I prefer the ring around my index or middle but that's not a design issue, it's a hand size issue and no way around potential issues, there. Had I spent $140 there's no way I would have reviewed it 5 stars. Sub $20? Easy.

Decent!
This โmightโ be Chinese copy of a high-end European blade smith. If it was, the fact that it is essentially a karambit style prison shank might make you wonder if it was worth over $130. For $20ish, I decided to have a look at this one. A blade like this is defensive and not for work or for bushcrafting. 1 - PRO โ This one was wicked sharp and will cut your skin by the slightest touch. It comes to a delicate and razor-sharp tip. One practice draw stroke without good form left a faint blood line on my abdomen. 2 โ CON โ My trainer has foam covered wooden โarmsโ. The first time it stuck in the wood, I comma cut and โslightlyโ bent the tip. Not a good temper, but maybe better that snapping off the tip? Look close at the photo of the tip. In its defense, many knives of this style use a slight tanto or tooth style tip for protection. 3 โ After that damage, I made an ALU trainer of the same size. This will take a beating and not damage the real blade or draw any blood. 4 โ PRO โ good Kydex sheath with excellent retention. 5 โ CON โ Average (at best) clip on the sheath. I will be replacing this clip with something more reliable. I can touch up the point of the blade and replace the sheath clip. I can smash about with the ALU trainer I made without hurting myself or the blade. It will still come in $100 south of a $140 price tag on a last-ditch defensive blade.
