Is it harmful to keep the bowl in the freezer beyond 12 hours or can it be stored in the freezer?

I store mine in the freezer at all times, nothing bad has happened to it yet, lol. The children in my life always find weird times to want ice cream, so keeping it in the freezer is just more convenient for me.

You most likely can’t, at least for that particular part. The best you could do is ask the seller directly or look on their store to see if they sell the part you are looking for. Most likely you will just have to buy another whole machine.

I'm having issues getting the batter to freeze, any suggestions? I'm not using any alcohol as ingredients.

Yes refrigeration beforehand can help... also, Make sure the tub is completely frozen.... freeze for 24 hours to be sure.... also if there is too much sugar the mixture won't freeze! Cream freezes better than water and when sugar melts it has a watery consistency... hope this helps!
