How many ounces is the bottle? I had this done once at urgent care and the bottle was pretty big they had to use a lot of sprays.

What is ear cleaning solution?

Peroxide until you reach the top of the straight part of the bottle and then add water until it is full

Does this spray out in 3 streams/directions?

I've used it for my Mom and it's just a steady stream with force as I squeeze the lever. It goes straight into the ear canal. You have to hold it at the ear opening so it goes straight in.
