Sharp and comfortable to use
Very sharp and useful knife. Would say this is a good quality. Used it for a few good weeks and never had the need to sharpen it. Easy to use and comfortable handle.

Great knife, could possibly come sharper.
Great knife, the lengths and shape are perfect. The handle is also very ergonomic and adequately sized for me.The only thing I would say is that it was sharp for sure, but not as sharp as I thought it might be for a brand new knife. I noticed it was still effort required to get through some pork fat below the rind when trimming a shoulder.

Best for the price
I am a chef. Using Mercer 8" knives at my work at the past five years. Ergonomic, easy to use for many things. If you look after the blade stays sharp for long time. Super light. Cheap.I recommended this knife for so many commis chefs already.

Excellent! Second one I’ve bought.
Fab little knife. Purchased originally for my daughter to use for jointing poultry (great for small incisions and removing breast meat). When I managed to break the original, I had no hesitation in ordering a second one. Love a good sharp knife and find blunt ones far more dangerous (this applies to my kids using them too).
