Amazing results in a short time.
I am a Jiu Jitsu athlete/coach and recovering from multiple shoulder injuries. Someone suggested trying Indian Clubs as part of my rehab. To be honest, I was pretty skeptical. Two pounds simply didn't seem to be enough weight to make a big difference.Fast forward only one week, and I am a believer. My shoulder's range of motion has improved significantly and it feels more stable. I have already recommended these to several of my students, as I would to anyone with shoulder issues reading this. There are several good instructional videos on YouTube showing the basic movements. Some take a little practice to get down but, as I said, the results are well worth the effort.

Durable and Effective!
I have been using these for almost a year (on daily basis) and have dropped them (on tile and concrete) a few times - they are durable. An absolute necessity for shoulder/wrist mobility....for those of you new to 'clubbing', don't underestimate the resistance of 1 lb - in different plans of motion, this resistance is perfect and allows for synovial fluids to lubricate the joints...

Terrific Clubs
I have an old set of wooden clubs that I love to work out with at home. I purchased these as a second set to take with me when traveling. I love the sleek design and the durability of the polyurethane material. I have a hunch these will last a good, long time.

Makes a workout easy!
AT 74 years old I can't & don't need to try to lift weights like I used to. Its amazing the workout that you can get just swinging these things. I make up different ways to exercise with them. If it doesn't feel right, I find something else to do. Yes, you can get sore muscles. Just don't overdo & you will be surprised at the progress that old muscles will make.

Good starter clubs
Like the title says, these clubs are a good place for beginners to start. If I get a regular practice going, I will definitely splurge on a set of wooden ones made by a craftsman. The plastic feels cheap and the edges aren't level, meaning you can't store them vertically. Nonetheless, I was able to use them to practice the beginner exercises, and I am satisfied enough to call these clubs a good value.

the 2# model handles too large or the round on the end too small IMO
At least for my hands the difference in diameter of the handle vs. the round knob on the end isn't different enough for good grip. I have no problem with my wooden clubs, but these try to slip out of my hands very easily. It may also be that the handles are rough and during use that seems to 'lever' my hand toward the end.The 1# clubs are different, the handle are smooth and the difference between handle diameter and ball is much greater which for me really helps with grip changes.

Perfect for my shoulder rehab needs!
I’m about 5ft 7in, 152-160lbs. Initially, I bought a 5lb club which was too heavy for what I needed. I just really need this for being able to smoothly move around and help with my stiff shoulders from grappling based martial arts.I am a complete beginner to Indian clubs but it’s been a really great help in fixing my shoulders!
