Safe and ease of use
Scaffold with extension ( bought extra) was easy to set up. It came with no instructions but I did find some on companies website. My 13 year old son helped and took a little over an hour to construct, seemed simple and could of figured out with out instructions. Every part fit and looks made well. Already used to work on some lights. Unit seems high cost for what it is. That's my only complaint. Otherwise looks nice. No batteries to maintain and folds down to a nice size.

I Do Not Recommend
This product arrived very late. The company kept stating online that it was shipped when it wasn't. When it finally arrived, I eagerly opened it up to assemble. The instructions were INCREDIBLY poor. Unclear, mislabeled parts, blurry pictures, skipped steps, assumed purchaser knew more than ANY purchaser would know about their product beforehand. So I called customer service. Unfortunately, they were worse than their written directions. Now, I'm a fairly smart guy. I have a couple of college degrees and I'm 62 years old. I've assembled many, many, many things over the years. But this bozo over the phone tells me he assembled this scaffold by himself in 10 minutes. First off, it takes 2 people to assemble this scaffold, period. No if, ands, or buts. I'm a strong 6'/210 lb guy and it was way too much to handle for me, not to mention impossible to reach one end of the scaffold to hold while you supposedly install the other end. Anyway, this "company" has no online instructions because, according to bozo, this would cost $25,000 and that's just too expensive. Long story short, after about 4 hours, with the help of 2 neighbors, I was able to get this thing put together. Why did it take so long? Because we basically had to throw the crappy directions out and figure it out ourselves. Lastly, I will say this on a positive note; the scaffold is solid and works as advertised. Once it's assembled, I think you have a decent product. But the directions are so poorly and unprofessionally done, by the time you get it put together, you'll be ready to run it over with your vehicle.

Sturdy and a step up from rental scaffolding
We borrowed the drywall guys set and HAD TO HAVE IT. Just a solid set up easy to use, move and feet expand to give better stability.
