Waterproof Backpack Rain Cover with Anti Slip Buckle Strap for Camping, Hiking, Traveling, Hunting, Biking, 15-80L

Purchased this for my Granddaughter to use on a pack trip in South America. She said it worked well, covered her pack and provided the needed protection during the rain/mist that they encountered. It was well made of good quality material, adjusted to her pack easily, and was simple to put on and removed when necessary.

Kept my gear in my pack dry. Fit very snug also.

Bought two. They worked fine. The only thing I would like to add as feedback is there is a clip at the top so that it could stay on. It would be even nicer if there was a clip at the bottom. The wind in Iceland is relentless. Water got to my bag while it was on my bag. It wasn’t by any means bad at all. But the bag itself got damp probably because the wind was all over the place and the rain was coming sideways. Overalll a good cover. I used it for my camera bag and book bag. But we didn’t carry the backpack often. And carried the camera bag each day in the snow and rain.

It's always super rainy in Washington and lately the weather has been funky so I decided to buy a cover for my backpack. I love this product so much. The water resistance is phenomenal. I was worried that the first time I had used it, there would be issues because it was hailing pretty hard in Seattle. To my surprise, the hail and heavy downfall of rain did not pose any issues for the backpack cover; super super durable. It's also super easy to put on your backpack. I love that theres a snap buckle to ensure that the cover stays in place. The one thing I will say is that when deciding on which size to buy for your backpack, don't go by the measurements and use the pictures instead. When I measured my backpack, according to the size chart, I would have the 60-70L size cover. It turned out that that particular size was 2 sizes too big. When I went back to attempt to choose the more correct size, I based it off of the picture the seller provided and ended up getting the 40-50L cover; which was the perfect fit.

As a college student, I like products that offer reliability at an affordable price. While it is not always possible, from time to time I will come across a product that meets all the criteria. This was one of them. So why the 3 star rating? The product does what it's supposed to do-it keeps water out. (I tested it by pouring an entire water bottle which slid graciously off the material. Not one drop went through.) The problem was the sizing. I measured my backpack and added an extra inch to make sure the product fit. I even followed another reviewer who said to size up and ordered the 40-50L thinking it would fit just fine as it was a size bigger than the recommended option. Needless to say, it was too small. Sure it fit just fine BUT only if my bag is empty and I squeeze all the air out. If I add my laptop and 1 inch binder, then the sides aren't long enough to cover my bag. Considering I followed their chart and even went as far as upsizing, I was quite dissapointed. Sure, I reccomend the product but you might want to think twice about tje size you opt for. Update: The company contacted me immediately after posting my review. They sent a replacement free of charge along with an apology. The new size fit perfecly. My bag is no fully protected. I am very satisfied with the product and their customer service.

I was torn between the 30-40L or 40-50L for my Osprey Farpoint/Fairview 40, and can confidently say that the 40-50L cover is the way to go. If you pack the bag to its fullest, the cover fits snug (maybe leaving a small amount peeking out the long sides). If you plan to hang or strap a lot to your pack, or want a cover that can accommodate both a 40L and 50L bag, then the 50-60L size cover is probably more appropriately versatile (if a touch oversized for most 40L packs on their own). The cover weighs NOTHING, packs smaller than expected, and still feels high quality (great if you're a lightweight packer). The buckled strap is extremely useful for that dreaded slip-off concern. It comes in a plastic carrying bag that doubles as an adequate "waterproof" bag for your phone (better than nothing, and I appreciate the multi-function utility) - the carbiner it came with broke pretty much immediately, though that's easy to replace.

This cover has an excellent and easy to use design. Did not get to test much of the water proofing ability besides some snow but it seemed to shed water well. My only complaint is that it needs to be made of a tougher or thicker material. After 1 weekend backpacking trip I have some holes in it from leaning my bag against some rocks despite being very careful not to tear the material. It was fine setting the back in the dirt and snow but any abrasive material and it seemed to tear fairly easy. UPDATE: Gryps-Us reached out to me of their own accord apologizing for the issue I had and offered to send me 2 replacements. That is excellent customer service! As I stated above I really like the design of these covers, it fits my 65L bag perfect. The buckles at the top mean that you can lift the bottom out of the way to access pockets without completely removing the cover and then easily wrap it back around your bag. Needless to say, I can’t wait to get back out on the trails with the new cover! Thank you Gryps-US!

The strap at the top works really well to get into your pack without removing the cover. Perhaps I wait until my pack is already getting wet to put it on--not sure if it's completely waterproof. I love the orange for hunting season as a safety precaution and should I get lost or hurt, might be easier to find me. It's lightweight and stuffs into my pack without taking up too much space. I don't use the little zip bag it comes in because I don't want to add weight to my pack. I got the size for my pack--didn't need to go up a size.

As soon as I opened the item, I ran it under a shower / tap. No water got through and ran straight off the cover, leaving it instantly dry. Fits my bag perfectly and the colour is an exact match. Very light weight. I like the little case it comes with too.

El color es idéntico al de la foto, trae una bolsita pequeña como estuche para guardarlo en la mochila, llego en el tiempo que prometieron. No he podido usarlo aún así que no sé qué tan impermeable es.

So useful and good quality

Used this in an English rain storm while outside over three days, water did not get under the cover, I have not used it while walking only stationery. I'm happy with my purchase as I works as expected.
